Jonathan DeLoatche, a partner and co-founder of Williams DeLoatche, P.C., has been serving the Tidewater area with dedication and expertise. A lifelong resident, he earned his undergraduate degree from James Madison University and his law degree from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. Before founding his firm, Jonathan gained invaluable experience defending the largest taxicab company in Norfolk and working on civil defense cases for insurance companies, including those involving construction law and personal injuries. This unique perspective from defense litigation gives him an edge as a personal injury attorney. Jonathan has extensive litigation experience across the Southeastern U.S., having tried numerous cases in the Tidewater area, Eastern Shore, and Northern Neck. He now focuses on representing individuals in motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, brain injuries, and premises liability. Active in the community, Jonathan is deeply involved with the Chesapeake Rotary Club, having served as its President. His leadership in events like the Chesapeake Wine Fest and Coats for Kids demonstrates his commitment to local service. Jonathan is a proud father of two sons, a member of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, and a dog-dad to Kingston, a familiar presence at his office.
