Just keep providing the type of service you do. You business values are based off reliability and service. Today’s law offices just don't offer that kind of experience. Didn’t have to worry about anything!!! Just being able to go on with my normal life and know that all my issues are well taken care of is a relief in itself.

My husband signed a Letter of Re-Affirmation for his car loan so that it would not be included in the bankruptcy. Mr. Merna's office failed to file this letter with the lienholder prior to us going to court and our bankruptcy being discharged. Therefore, the bank would not recognize the letter and my husband's banking privileges were revoked. Bankruptcy was discharged in May of '09, letter wasn't filed with the bank until Aug of '09.
