Mr. Garrett was court appointed to my son's case. He kept us, his family, well informed about my son's case. The staff was polite every time we called. In trial, he did a good job and got many of the charges dismissed.
Mr. Garrett handled my matter in a prompt and professional manner. He kept me informed on the case and provided me any information I needed.
I never needed a lawyer before. Mr. Garrett was listed on the internet and I called him. He was responsive to my case and very nice. There wasn't much communication during the case, but as he informed me, there wasn't much going on. At trial, he was very professional and was able to get my charges dismissed.
It is almost impossible to get anyone to return a phone call in a timely manner. A professional business would get back to you within 24 hours to schedule a follow up appointment, I waited 6 days and heard nothing. I had to go out of my way and waste my time just to schedule an appointment because no one knows how to return phone calls. Very poor customer service, and not worth the money.
