We are just average people and knew nothing about estate planning. Your seminar at my uncle's nursing home was a godsend. Attorney Anna Ernest helped my wife and me with all of the complicated immigration paperwork and she was great with keeping us up to date on the long and stressful process. We had a unique situation in that my wife was here seeking asylum from Venezuela and she was using Attorney Ernest for that process when we met. Now Attorney Ernest is helping us get a green card and we will be sure to use her when the time comes for citizenship!

I worked with Attorney Amy Holland for the adoption of my son by his step father. The process took longer because the location of the birth father was unknown so we had to run a legal ad in the newspaper, which was required to run for several weeks before we could complete the court process. Amy was very knowledgeable about the process, answered every question I had, and explained the likely outcome. I was nervous to attend court but Amy put me and my family at ease and my husband is now legally the father of my son! I recommend Amy and Ernest Law Group for any case you may have.

Ms. Ernest drafted and negotiated a Gestational Carrier Agreement for my husband and I in 2022. She was great to work with. After dealing with so much emotional and physical pain throughout our infertility journey, it was so comforting to work with Ms. Ernest. From the very first consultation, she put us at ease and assured us that everything will be ok. We had so many questions, but she very patiently answered them all.
