Mr. Morgan represented me in my divorce case. My husband was being verbally abusive and ugly and refused to meet me halfway. He hired a lawyer who was being nasty with me. Once Mr. Morgan came on the case he filed two motions with the Juvenile court and convinced the judge that the other order was unlawful, it got thrown out and I got custody. He then got everyone under control and we had a settlement agreement within about two weeks. The rest of the case went smoothly.
When first contracted with Mr. Morgan, he did okay. But, then he opened his own practice and things went down hill. He was always too busy to keep me posted. I had him file a federal law suit on a Civil Rights case and it took him way too long. He did not communicate with me. I would call and e-mail him with no response. The case supposedly went to court and was dismissed. But, I was never notified or advised until I finally tracked him down and he told me.
