Almost impossible to get in touch with, didn't give much guidance, my ex & I did our own negotiations, he just wrote it down & submitted it to the judge.
My corporate papers and clipboard was apparently stolen by his client, Jennifer Fevrier. (She was seen removing the clip board from my work vehicle by witness) The property was reported stolen to the Chesapeake police department. Jennifer Fevrier advised me via telephonic contact and email that she gave Charles Pincus my clip board for him to return to me. Charles Pincus has not returned my clip board. My important papers are still not returned.
I was found guilty on a charge and the court decided not to move forward on 2 other charges that I was innocent of under Mr. Pincus direction. After being found guilty, I represented myself in circuit court and all charges was dismissed. Pincus refused to give my money back which seem very unprofessional. I had little to no communication with him during our process and when I reached out to his office, I was informed that he was on vacation days before my case.
