Does not seem to prioritize well, communication response is definitely an issue, keeping client informed & up to date...a very BIG issue, thoroughly discussing options & planning "issues" for court receives minimal consideration, not filing petitions in a timely matter--I consider negligent..but we are close to resolution in court after 3 yrs so I've gotta hang in there!!
Barbara Fuller screwed me over. She is a penny pincher. She overcharges. She dropped my case & still wanted over $11,000. I would NOT use her if you're not rich. She had the nerve to put a lien on my house when she dropped my case. Pathetic piece of garbage. I was just about to get an equity line of credit & she ruined it for me. Only a money hungry monster would do that. I didn't even get custody.
Barbara Fuller is a.nefarious attorney She partook in the aiding and abettiing of unlawful theft of our child through the court system. Money is her one and only concern and she is definitely NOT doligent
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this attorney. She was unprepared for court, which left me vulnerable in a high-stakes situation. Despite having four hours before proceedings began, she didn’t take the time to discuss the case with me or engage with the other party on important pre-trial communications. I watched as other lawyers actively prepared, while she sat and reviewed unrelated case notes. Her staff was equally unresponsive. I struggled to obtain crucial documents both during and after my case, despite multiple requests. I was promised that all necessary files would be uploaded to an online platform, yet this never happened once the case closed. The lack of follow-through on basic administrative tasks only added to the frustration. Though she seems nice at first, the lack of preparation, communication, and support left me feeling abandoned during a challenging time. I would not recommend. She told me she was ready she wasn't I was just a checkbook.
