Hired Attorney David Ashe

Mr. Ashe is an absolute amazing and compassionate lawyer. My disability case had already been denied twice and I was barely hanging on due to my medical issues. My husband was having to do a lot of my care which added to financial losses. My very first conversation with Mr. Ashe gave me a little bit of hope back that was needed so very bad at the time. He listened very well and was so compassionate. He truly cares about his clients and guided me Through the whole process. He explained things very well. It didn't matter when it was; he would respond to every call and email with answers and guidance that let me be able to take a breath and know I was in good hands with him. I have never had a lawyer as good as he is. He answered every single question and TRULY cared about not just my case; but me and my family as well. My case was complicated and had to go to appeals council. We hit some unexpected issues but he was on top of it. I will always consider Mr. Ashe, Rhonda and the rest of hi

Hired Attorney David Ashe

My family's experience with David Ashe as our attorney was a complete disappointment. We kept diligent records of all our emails, even voicemails for anyone interested in the disaster of an experience we had with Ashe Law. My wife is a disabled Marine and a combat veteran that has been unable to work since being injured in service. We looked to David Ashe first and foremost as a former Marine to help fight her case to receive SSN benefits. It's been our experience that Marines take care of each other. At minimum, we were confident that David Ashe would at least fight for us. We couldn't have been more wrong. Our case is now approaching TWO YEARS. During this time, we had with little to no follow up from David Ashe. The final act of incompetence came after an appointment was set up for him to fight our case with an SSN technical expert. David Ashe set up the time and place and was a no show to his own fight. We fired him that night! Do yourself a favor and avoid this attorney!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
