She was our gal… horrible. Was aware the father claimed no income, engaged in illegal drug dealing activity and had been inactive in good kids lives. With no investigation into home lives, the condition of the housing or if there was even food, without even talking to the kids, gave an absent parent almost 50% physical custody. How do u give someone claiming no income 50% financial and physical care of kids he’s been blatantly ignoring? Oh, so he doesn’t have to pay child support. She never answers her phone. Doesn’t respond to vm or texts, and does whatever she wants with your family. Seems to cater to deadbeat dads. She should be disbarred she’s extremely unethical and jeopardizing the safety of children. And becareful if she has to type up your order because she doesn’t do a good job. My ex and I have been back to court twice within 3 months of signing the order bc she was vague.
***** HORRIBLE ***** IF YOU GET THIS PERSON AS A GAL RUN FOR THE HILLS. NEEDS TO BE DISBARRED AND INVESTIGATED. CONSTANTLY PLACING CHILDREN IN ABUSIVE HOMES.
Assigned as our GAL. After years of begging for one weekend & being told we couldn't take time from a father who didn't beat his kids, she awarded him sole custody without a single witness being interviewed. She's supposed to be domestic violence friendly but even after seeing he changed their school enrollment, had medical procedures, & many other things w/out knowledge or consent of the primary parent, she didn't question anything. She never asked why he never asked about a single incident the kids alleged occurred but believed me to be abusive despite zero evidence, proof, or single outside verification of any kind. Their brother is 3 & knows only his siblings thanks to COVID. My kids disappeared overnight with zero warning and we've not seen them in 3 months. Without. One. Witness. My son's therapist was shocked because despite having my son in his care for 8 years, he never saw nor heard a single red flag about/from me. She didn't talk to him. Not one witness.
