Hired Attorney

Mr. Eisenstat, a longtime member of the YMCA where I used to work, was very responsive to my needs and, in spite of the other driver's insurance insisting that the accident was 50% my fault, Mr. Eisenstat would not rest until they paid what was owed for the full value of my totaled vehicle as well as car rental expenses. He's a very well-spoken and respectful and wise man with many years of experience and tenacity. Don't know what I would have done without him in this situation.

Hired Attorney

Have found Mr. Eisenstat to be out of his league, he seems too old to be practicing law and does not seem to up to speed with the times. We have heard that he has engaged in poor personal judgement and would not use his services again.
