This public defender is guilty of misprision of treason repeatedly refuses after multiple requests to set appointments with clients in jail, ex parte communicates with prosecutor states to client he is not sure how property bonds work ignores state statue of hirearchy of law recommends client sign plea without discovery claims to know judge and what he will do refuses to file change of venue due to client receiving a meaner judge, tells client they willl sit in jail till hearing 120 days out neglects to file speedy trial demand brags about experience to create false confidence tells clients senior prosecutor will handle case personally evidencing ex parte communications allows client to be silenced at initial hearing knowingly fails to provide evidence of clients innocence

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
