Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer. My experience with the McClanahan Powers team was exceptional. My attorney Robert Powers’s knowledge and expertise resulted in a very swift and positive outcome. All the staff I worked with at McClanahan Powers were terrific: competent, professional, and personable. Strongly recommend! R. Lewis. (NoVa)
Rob provided great legal representation to our non-profit organization in defending us on an intellectual property/copyright infringement case. From start to finish he was able to get the case settled in under three months for an affordable amount and avoid protracted litigation. He and his team worked very efficiently within our budget. He explained everything, gave very sound and honest recommendations and is a true subject matter expert in this legal area. His filings with the court were extremely detailed, well researched and persuasive. I would highly recommend him and his firm McLanahan- Powers.
Robert Powers is an excellent attorney - I've had success after success working with him over the last four years. He's helped me with complicated contracts, international business arrangements, and the formation of two businesses and a nonprofit, among other things. He's quick to respond and take action, exceptionally thorough, and his legal filings and advice have been right on target every time. His legal services are true quality; keeping my businesses out of court and operating smoothly.
My first experience with the legal system was as a defendant in a copyright case. I am very thankful to have had Robert Powers represent me. He explained the process patiently and clearly, was easy to communicate with, and planned an effective defense strategy. Due to his efforts, we were able to reach a very reasonable settlement.
