As my ex-wife violated the Custody and Visitation Agreement on 2 counts I decided to use a service of Ms. Goldenberg to file for Rule to Show Cause. She assured me that my ex will reimburse all of my legal expenses. As a result I lost legal custody, $30k attorney fees and my visitation was reduced from 3 to 1 day per week. Devastating experience!
Deborah represented me in a divorce and protective order. Her tactics were a bit much and unnecessary cost and fees. She filled for a discovery (which was not necessary with out asking me so I was left with large bills for this -she supposedly was in the court house for hours however the other party’s lawyer didn’t find her -I was advised not attend (so I can’t confirm if the billing was correct). She talks very slow (something that takes 10 minutes turns to a 30 or 60 minute phone call **she charged $500 and hour ) and her emails sometimes are “useless” at first I thought she was sweet in following up with me so much but when reviewing the invoice and email is basically a min of $75 and up to $500. Her ways of handling situations are not the best solutions - she prolonged something and multiple times (one of them could have resolved the matter back in September 2022 but she prolonged it to the end of December 2022 (4 months of paying $500 an hour).
