Mr. Harvill was able to handle my expungement with the state of Maryland from a felony and misdemeanor charge in 2001. Mr. Harvill had also handled the majority of this 2001 case and was able to get the felony charge dropped. The fees were very reasonable considering his abilities, work ethic, and professionalism. If I ever need legal assistance again, he will be the only one I'll consider.

I hired Dan to handle my out of state divorce a couple of years ago after being taken to the cleaners by another attorney in Virginia that got nothing settled. Dan was very efficient and quick to get the case going and a settlement in place. He kept me informed of the status of my case via telephone since I was out of state. I was impressed by his ability to concisely explain the law for my situation. I gradually noticed that he repeatedly did not have basic information or had it wrong (names, SS#, incomes) and that he simply did NOT listen to my concerns. As the actual hearing for temporary child custody began, he asked me my income and almost allowed my wife to lie about hers before I spoke up. My wife lied several times in the hearing, but that will be hard to prove since Mr. Harvill did arrange a court reporter.
