This lawyer did not guard my personal information. Sensitive information such as account numbers and addresses were mailed via regular mail without signatures or guarantees of receipt. Packet(s) of information were lost in the mail without being able to trace them. This is a big personal identity theft risk. Consequently I am now having to spend money and time to fix this leak. I cannot recommend this lawyer.
They exposed personal information- account numbers and addresses. They then victim shamed me and they did not accept any of the responsibility for their error. They informed me that I was responsible for correcting their mistakes. It is taking me many hours and dollars to fix their leak and prevent identity theft and account tampering.
