I had the pleasure of hiring Mr. Alderson and would recommend his services to my friends, family and colleagues. He was thorough, available and knowledgeable. Mr. Alderson requested a set amount to be paid up front to retain his services. He worked diligently on my case and won! After it was settled his office informed me that I had a credit balance and was able to keep that amount on the books for retaining his services in the future.
Definitely would not recommend this man’s services to anyone, very rude and unprofessional to the fullest. Only interested in you if he sees that you’re actually going to get a good chunk of money. Other than that he will not give two craps about you or your issues. My case was taken by another lawyer that fought to get my case won. I don’t believe he would have done this for me for the amount that he thought it was worth.
Mr. James Alderson was extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone with me. I never cursed or said anything negative about him, and he insulted my intelligence more than once as well as called me a liar. I asked him for my money back, and he played the “family card” because he’s friends with one of my family members, as if him scamming me out of my money would make that better. Side note- this is how he treats his friends family?He continuously laughed at me on the phone as if it is hilarious that they messed up my paperwork. I asked for my money back, and he hung up on me after stating that (because of the way I think and talk he’s decided not to refund me any of my money, I’m pretty sure that is BIAS DISCRIMINATION) while laughing and saying no but thank you for the offer. He messed up my paperwork. I signed that my ex would pay me, and the court filed papers stated I’m to pay my ex. There was also an open case they never told me about that prevented them giving me the divorce.
