Hired Attorney

This is my mother attorney for her Estate. It has been 3 years since her death. I have called, faxed and mailed letters wanting to speak to him and find out what is going on with her estate and he has not responded to any. My sister has even gone by his office to make an appt and was told he sets his own appts and would call, he has never called. I am very frustrated and would just like some professional commination.
