FINRA investigated me and issued wells notice due to failure to supervise 24 different transactions which contained rep misrepresentations generating five complaints. Mark analyzed transactions in creative ways to weaken FINRA’s claims against me, so much so that I settled via AWC for FINRA’s minimum: 10 days and $5k.
