Hired Attorney

Michael attempted to retain Sean Finn in BCSC as his representative to defend the Corporate Municipal District of Saanich, for permitting by gross negligence, Torture, contrary to CCC 269.1, with Paul Douglas, Paul Luhowy, and Douglas Cripps on payroll as constables with the Saanich Police Department while applying for counter application to the Supreme Court of Victoria, to seek costs of $10,000 from CDN plaintiffs of their property theft by informal misuse of a prohibited weapon.
