Hired Attorney

I initially went to Mr Pearson's office to transfer the title of the house and associated paperwork from my ex-wife to solely in my name as per a separation agreement. Robert met with both my former wife and myself and very thoroughly went through all the details and paperwork to the satisfaction of both parties. Papers were signed and witnessed, and funds transferred without a hitch. Robert provided a very professional and stress-free environment for both of us. I was so impressed with Mr Pearson's professionalism and down to earth friendly nature I returned several months later to have him draft up my new Will and Power of Attorney. Onc again I was treated with utmost professionalism and a complete explanation of all the details in the documents. I have zero hesitation in totally recommending Mr Pearson. Hired Attorney

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This lawyer does NOT contact clients to obtain instructions, so if you want a lawyer that does what he wants not what his clients want this ‘lawyer’ will be perfect for you. If you want a lawyer that actually obtains instructions from you and acts in your best interest, you will need to go elsewhere. I have two signed promissory note signed by this ‘lawyer’s’ client and when I sent it to him asking for payment from the sale without contacting his clients he told me no and suggested I obtain legal action. I will now be forced to sue his clients to be paid. This is going to cost his clients thousands of dollars to fight and then will also have to pay costs. His clients are agreeable to paying our notes, if he had done his job and obtained instructions he would know this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM.
