This was my first experience working with an attorney. Carolyn has helped me with estate planning, trusts, POA, and guardianship. She is extremely knowledgeable and when I had questions (and I had many!) she got right to the point on options, pros / cons, and recommendations. There wasn't any wasted motion. There were never any surprises and the process always felt very efficient. I'm out of state so I also appreciate her timely communications and responses. I highly recommend Carolyn.

I’m a client no one would want. I forget things, and change my will and have my trust sent to different places even though it has been send to my computer many times. I’ve never been not taken care of my Ms. Norton. She is responsive to my requests, cheerfully dealing with my needs. By the way my son is a CEO of a large NYC firm and he is in awe of her knowledge of elder law and the service she provides You will be more than delighted to be one of her clients. I know I am.

During a very stressful time, we were refered to Carolyn. She took care of Medicaid for my inlaws and did wills for them. We called on her to take care of probate at time of death. Honesty we have only nice things to say about her and the staff. Would sincerely recommend her to anyone without reservation. Very knowledgable in Elder Law.
