Hired Attorney Frances Blazer

This law firm may be good at real estate matters, but under no circumstances should you consider them for traffic matters. Given the short amount of space I can input, I will only state that this firm misled and failed to do what they promised to do as consideration for our agreement to retain them as my attorney on a traffic speeding case (10 over speed limit) in the State of New York. They forced me under duress to make a decision that was not in my best interest, and then failed to respond to my messages to them effectively abandoning my case without refunding my retainer fee. This firm is very unprofessional and again, I urge you to not consider them for traffic matters in particular. I cannot speak to the other areas of law which they cover.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
