My name is Lori . My father passed away on 2/262021. His estate / business lawyer is Scott Sandroff. My father also has 2 sons, Lyle and Lee , who both moved out of state about 40 years ago as they were estranged from my father. Since day 1, Scott Sandroff and Ron Lapporte (executor) have told me numerous times they were very cautious of Lee and Lyle due to their history and shady pasts. Scott mentioned he did not want trouble or law suits from either of them. Example 1 – All the contents of the house were left solely to me – Lori. The house itself (structure) was left to the estate to sell on MLS or with the option of one of us may purchasing it. I decided to buy the house with my kids for sentimental reasons. Scott NEVER let me in the house for an unreasonable amount of time after purchasing it costing me thousands.
