Do not hire him for probate. I had hired him to dismiss my previous lawyer. Only 2 involved. Everything was done by other lawyers. All he had to do is remove lawyer do a final accounting for $38,000 that's all. I had everything already preparor. He met with me and mixed it all up. He charged me for 6 hours of phone service for accounting. I already had put together. The first hearing he should of done final accounting. Nope. Wasn't prepared.. He has 3 months. He kept getting my moms passing mixed with prepared.my sister. My mom didn't have an estate.there going to be a malpractice case but I told him probably a year. Well, he kept saying it had to be open. I spoke to my moms malpractice lawyer no it didn't. He wanted another case. So a $2,500 retainer then I get a invoice 7 months later saying $540 credit. Then slapped with a $4,000 final. Saying he spent 6 hours on the phone with me. If he would of listened to me it should of been no more than 2.
