Mr. Runcie was responsive to my pov and needs and negotiated most of what I wanted from a former employer. He was also very honest about his capacity as a mediator and managed a settlement. And he took off nearly $500 from my bill in the end due to my financial status. I only wish he had pushed for several thousand more in incomplete contracts with my sub-contractors and had demanded the removal of two damaging media pieces that continue to affect my reputation. He didn't push hard enough.
