Angela Small Booth*, MA, JD has been a licensed attorney for twenty-five years, specializing in intellectual property and entertainment including trademark, copyright, internet, and right of publicity and transactional matters. She has worked for multi-national law firms, Hollywood studios, and State and Federal governments. Angie has held several in-house intellectual property counsel positions, including Vice President of Legal Affairs for Fox Family Worldwide, where she was responsible for the worldwide trademark and copyright registration, domain name registration, script clearance, litigation and anti-counterfeiting program for Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and other Fox Family children's programs. She has experience working with all departments in entertainment companies including business affairs, development, production, finance and tax. She advises law firms and corporate legal departments in her fields of expertise, as well as providing direct client services.
Early in her career, Angie worked as an Examining Attorney at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She has handled many thousands of trademark applications in the United States and abroad. Angie has experience as an Adjunct Professor, teaching Trademark Law at Pepperdine University. She served on the Board of Directors and as an Officer of the AntiCounterfeiting Coalition for five years. Angie is also a trained mediator. Her experience with both law and psychology put her in a unique position to handle mediation compared to other lawyer and non-lawyer mediators.
