"Personally having interaction with the law firm to settle my late brother's affairs as outlined in his will, I'm so proud my brother chose this law firm. From the very beginning, I felt the confidence immediately while talking with Heather, Paralegal for the Attorney while beginning the proceedings. Remarkably, her confidence of the court affairs would be through the whole probate. All matters were completed on the exact timeframe Heather projected. During the whole process, Heather kept me posted about the process, via phone and emails with attachments as each step of the court proceedings went about. Heather and the Attorney are number one in my book. I would not look any further than this incredibly well run and managed law firm. I am so grateful for this law firm to be there and for me when I most needed help. Well done the office and certainly well done hiring the employee(s) such as Heather. She has been and I'm quite confident a star Paralegal Assistant for your firm.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
