Hired Attorney W. E. "Chip" Gaylor III

I do not write many reviews, but I had to put words together to praise our Estate Attorney, Chip Gaylor. We engaged Mr. Gaylor after the passing of my father to help with the estate. I am a former attorney from NY and I was impressed with Chip Gaylor. Extremely knowledgable about Florida Estate Law, he explained everything clearly and concisely and prevented any issue from falling through the cracks. His approach was thorough, thoughtful and intelligable. His staff was also kind, polite and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Gaylor for.

Hired Law Firm

They were responsible for the illegal and fraudulent handling of my Mother’s estate, when I tried to talk to Gaylor about this he yelled At me in the most abusive manner. My brother did not have the legal Authority to handle her affairs, he rewrote her Will without respect For my Mother wishes when in fact she was easily confused with Dementia, the brother stated this in a letter.
