Kelley and Dena have helped me and my sister who were co-executors navigate the extremely difficult course made exponentially worse by the behavior of siblings. They were transparent and made sure that everything was done according to the will. They were always available, taking us through the many steps that executing a will involves. They also helped us find a tax accountant so we could deal with the taxes. I heartily recommend the firm.
Kelley is fair, knowledgeable, conservative, and ethical. He follows through and tries to do the right thing. I have been impressed in a difficult family situation that he remains constant. he has been supportive and caring, respecting the hard work and times I have had in this situation.
They executed my mother’s will and took a huge amount of money for their services which were awfully executed and patronizing. They are condescending and do not explain their actions when questioned, and threaten to charge us more just to explain their actions. I don’t know why my mother chose theses people, but it was an awful experience for us. We found them unfair and unkind at a time when we needed healing, they took advantage. I can’t stress enough how awful it has been to deal with this law firm. They also are inept and handled things improperly as well, and will never answer for it. Stay away!!
