While the circumstances surrounding one's involvement with attorneys are almost never pleasant, my experience with Gerber Law has been outstanding. Following an auto incident that left permanent damage to my spine, Maria Gerber helped ease my anxiety, stress, and facilitated my treatment. She was responsive, reassuring, professional, and - above all - caring. She paid attention to the small details that I wouldn't even know to ask about. My experience with her paralegals, namely, Liz Owens, was just the same. The entire team answered all of my questions (and I had quite a few), created frequent touchpoint calls, and communicated honestly and effectively. I'd absolutely recommend working with Gerber Law.

Maria Gerber was diligent in getting me a just and fair settlement for the injuries I sustained. She was a true advocate, she was thorough, compassionate and communication was exceptional. While I will never be the same physically due to the accident, the loss of my quality of life and loss of my income were rightly compensated because of Maria Gerber.

I didn’t plan on getting rear ended and suffering soft tissue damage, but when I did, Maria Gerber took my case even though it was a tough one to prove due to minimal vehicle damage. The insurance fought tooth and nail to deny my claim, but Maria Gerber fought harder and we won. I highly recommend this attorney if you have an injury claim.
