Working with this lawyer was the worst experience I have ever had buying a home. This was the first property I bought for my company, and I ask a lot of questions about the location and what I was told was all good things. However, after signing the paperwork I then find out the home would need to be inspected by the city and had a lot of damage to it. After getting the home inspected by the city it failed on everything. Now I cannot go onto the property until I hire a company to come out and draw up blueprints on how to remove walls, floors, etc. and put them all back together. I was also told it would take two weeks, and I would get the title to the property. It has been over 24 days, and I still do not have the title. I Will be going to the state to file a complaint about this lawyer because he is aware of what he is doing and its wrong. If you hear this man name, come up on a property you're looking into I would turn around and run away.
I strongly suggest you run away at all costs. This attorney provides service but it is only on his terms. He'll agree to provide a service and than when it comes due, he will ask for more time. On top of his inability to hold himself accountable, he will also try and shame you for holding him accountable. The quality of his work is decent when he decides to get it to you but overall because he's ego driven and lacks the ability to be accountable I strongly recommend you go elsewhere.
