I strongly suggest you look elsewhere rather than retaining Bill Montecucco. I came to him through his association with Robert Milesnick, but Bill Montecucco could not comprehend what was happening with me. He was Okay with Clark county Sheriff's corruption. Bill charged a lot of money in a strange billing scheme. Every time I would call or e-mail, it was another expensive charge. My case was complex, which would require extensive working together to prevail. Bill Montecucco was opaque - he treated me like a child. I was questioning him, but he had my money. I went to another attorney for guidance because I was so doubtful of Bill. After leaving the Diversion hearing, Bill told me he had a stroke just a few months' prior when he was negotiating the diversion. He also told me he would be a "guest" judge in traffic court. I now wonder whose side he is really on. Later, I found where I would say he lied to me. I deeply regret having Bill Montecucco represent me.
