Joel Kent was part of the team I hired from Stahancyk Kent & Hook that ruined my life and lied to me several times. Not only did they ruin my life and lie to me, I was forced to argue with them to encourage them to protect my children, which I did. Despite having to argue and show proof that my children were in grave danger, they did NOTHING to help and made matters MUCH worse. If you're interested in paying money to legal representatives to ruin your life and severely put your children in harms way, hire Stahancyk Kent & Hook. I can prove all of the lies and severe damage if necessary. Please ask. Don't engage Stahancyk Kent & Hook unless you are interested in paying a firm to ruin you life. My complaints and associated evidence are repeatedly ignored.
Mr. Miller took over my case mid-divorce from an attorney that left the firm. Perhaps it was because he was not invested, but He was extremely unresponsive. Messages unanswered. I paid the firm high five figures for a simple divorce and was current on my payments for billings. I had the audacity to question a billing from a third party for an appraisal that exceeded the paid and agreed amount. Instead of calling me, Mr. Miller filed a lien on my house and promptly resigned. Unprofessional
There was an Enforcement of Parenting Time action in play. Mother filed a Mod. of Parenting Time to counter. The Judge appointed Anna as attorney for the Child under the Prov. of ORS 107.425(6) and 2013 Mult. County Supp. Local Rule 8.085. Instead of resolving the issue Anna did her best to drag the case in a direction that did not serve the Child. Mother dropped the Modification but Anna did not want to be removed. Once she was removed my case was done in about 30 minutes, order signed.
