Incompetent and unethical arbitrator whose work on my dissolution case was described as "sexist", "corrupt", "draconian", "lazy", and "lacking intellectual wherewithal" by other lawyers who reviewed his work. He spent nearly four weeks to do a mere four hours of work, including losing financial documents halfway through, which had to be resupplied to him. He could not even be bothered to spell the names of my businesses correctly. The consistent theme of his work was trying to justify ignoring or rejecting any nuance in the matter at hand, thereby allowing him to put in as little effort as possible in arriving at a verdict. The circumstantial evidence bears this out: he did not begin working on the verdict until three weeks after it was due, when he was clearly in "let's just get this over with" mode.
