Lawyers are crazy expensive and feel like nickel and dimed to death but I've been relatively satisfied with the actions of my attorney.
Russel Garret was my ex husband's trustee when he filed for bankruptcy and didn't tell me. Russel Garret came after the house that I lived in and I couldn't sell because my ex was on the title. I lost a ton of money, including the brand Ned appliances that I paid cash for. The house sold for 65k under assessed value, we all know market value is more. I put all the money down on the house and almost 19 years later I walked away with less then my down payment. I'm not sure how he sleeps at night, he's a snake.
