Mr. Conway did not fully inform us nor correctly inform us on the possibilities of losing our case. We were very specific and clear that we would not want to start the legal process of a suit should there be any reasonable doubt that we would lose it And he claimed he felt strongly that we would prevail. After months of very minimal communication with the opposing attorney and over $5000 in fees, he has still not settled anything nor advised us to do what we later learned should’ve been done from day one. We settled the case on our own. In my opinion, Mr. Conway simply wanted to charge as many fees as he could to us before we realized that we were being taken for a ride.
