I would highly recommend Gideon to anyone needing help with a personal injury claim. I felt Gideon was very accessible by phone, and he always explained procedures until I was comfortable with his explanation. Most importantly, I knew Gideon was on "my side", and I felt the eventual settlement was fair.

Gideon was an amazing person to work with. He took the time to get to know me and my situation. He was honest and more than fair. He tells things as they are, not in an attempt to make friends but to provide his clients with the best advice he can. I would recommend Gideon a million times over!!! He is not only an attorney I would use again if the need where to arise, but he has also become a friend. What an amazing man and law firm!!

someone from the Fairgate inn (where I fell) told him a LIE about me. My lawyer didn't even bother to talk with me about it. He fired me on Friday via a letter. I called and called him, finally got ahold of him and told him the lie was false. The Fairgate Inn told one of their employeed to make up a false story and MY LAWYER believed them!! I also got a lousy settlement. He didn't stick up for me. I would never recommend him to anyone.
