David Delnero was my divorce attorney 17 years ago. I initially went to see another attorney, but he was unavailable. I was in-office referred to Delnero. Recently served papers, distraught, and desperate for assistance (my spouse came from a wealthy family), I agreed to his “no free consultation” policy and surrendered my credit card. Huge mistake. DD had little knowledge of the Quit Claim laws that were at the core of our property dispute. He actually asked me what I knew! I am now embarrassed that I didn’t just walk away. He seemed intellectually lazy and constantly used banal anecdotes in lieu of legal expertise. But what I most recall (beyond his novelty ties) was that on two occasions her referred to my then wife as a C***. Apparently, he was trying to establish some sort of perverse bond with me. His language was disgusting. I so regret not taking a financial loss, and walking out of his office. If you value intellectual acuity and basic moral principles, beware!
Horrible double billing liar cheat full of judicial misconduct in my case went behind chambers w opposing attorney made sure i lost custody and did other horrible offenses do not retain this horrible person run!!!
