About Michael S. Bennett, Sr.

Mike S. Bennett, Sr. graduated from Valdosta State University after serving four years in the United States Air Force. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1977. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. His primary practice involves personal injury, medical malpractice, domestic litigation, business law, criminal law, and military law. Mike has appeared in courts in several different states across the Nation. Mike also spearheads the mediation and arbitration services offered by Bennett Law Firm, LLP. Mike has previously served as President of numerous organizations in Valdosta, including the Valdosta Bar Association and Valdosta Rotary Club. For his years of service and dedication to the community, Mike was recently presented the prestigious Justice Robert Benham Award for Community Service at a special ceremony at the State Bar Office in Atlanta.

Hired Attorney

Mr. Bennett is a very capable and trusted attorney. My family presented him a quite a challenge with a criminal case, one that we felt was hopeless and a family member would be imprisoned for awhile. However, Mr. Bennett researched the case, talked with other lawyers, judges and even the prosecutor about the case and a very unexpected outcome was the result with no jail time. He did what we felt impossible. Nothing but praise.

Hired Attorney

Costs a lot of money but it is worth it if he wins your case. I feel he is sexist.
