Jim T. Bennett graduated from Valdosta State University in 1995 and obtained his law degree from Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 1998. Jim's primary practice is handling personal injury cases, medical malpractice, workers' compensation, domestic litigation, and estate/probate matters. Jim is a member of the tort and workers' compensation sections of the State Bar of Georgia. In his spare time, Jim has taught legal studies courses at Valdosta State University. Jim has served as a volunteer youth baseball coach for the last ten years.

Hired Attorney

Jim is an awesome attorney! He keeps you informed of everything going on with your case. He and his legal assistant, Bethany, make a great team. They always take the time to answer questions you may have. He is amazing in the courtroom. I would recommend him to anyone needing an attorney.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
