Attorney Horton won my case, and I received a settlement from my timeshare resort. After purchasing my timeshare 7 years ago, I was asked to upgrade several times to add value to my timeshare that was sold as an investment. Trying to sell my timeshare was impossible as it has no resale potential. My resort was always booked, and I was unable to use it. I was paying more for my timeshare and every year it got worse to use. Attorney Horton was able to cancel my timeshare and get most of my money back. I am happy to say I no longer own my timeshare and I would recommend her to anyone that needs to get out of a timeshare and try to get their money back!
RUNAROUND. After 6 months of avoiding phone calls and emails, repeated requests from me for the same info, and basically doing NOTHING except telling me "we're working on it", "waiting to hear from Hilton", my FULLY PAID OFF timeshare in the amount of $30,000 went into foreclosure. I could have saved the $3,000 it cose me to hire them and had the same result! THEY DID NOTHING TO ASSISTand repeated requests for a refund - since they did nothing - have also gone unanswered. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!!
After one year, I still have no resolution or refund that was promised. I was told Marci was “one of the best” for timeshare cancellations. We purchased a timeshare in 2020, paid it IN FULL, then later that year at the “orientation”, we were tricked into more points, also paid in full. We were NEVER able to use it because everything was always booked anywhere we tried at any time. The maintenance fees increased at ridiculous rates, way more than we were told. We couldn’t sell to anyone since it was worthless and we couldn’t sell back. Marci said she’d get it canceled and potentially get some money back from our purchase. Every time I checked the status, she was “waiting on info or docs” from company. It eventually went to court and we lost ownership. No y back from the. Company and we’re still waiting on the refund the Horton since they did NOTHiNG for our case. Horrible communicators!!!!
