I had to do all of the work during the entire process of buying my house, from phone calls to tracking down forms. He never returns calls, provides updates and he never responds to emails. After closing there were additional items that needed to be taken care in the contract and he told me "closings are hot right now, I don't have the time". The only thing he has time for is getting paid. In the end I contacted the sellers lawyer myself to handle the remaining part of the contract. You are better off representing yourself than having him as your lawyer. He made purchasing my first home a nightmare and it was supposed to be one of important times of my life.
