Mr. Harvey sounds to be a very competent legal attorney, However, his request for financial support was to me somewhat amateurish. Many people wishing to help him could not possibly have scanned the tiny black-and-white square he included in his request, and given him an amoiunt of money that way. I am sending him a check by mail, but I had to look up his office address, which is 200 South Main St., Urbana. As an experienced fund-raiser myself, I can say that my requests always included my street address and phone number, in case the donor wanted to ask me for further details.
