Hired Attorney Harvey Welch

Horrible public defender! Poor listener and he doesn't like to fight! He never entered my request for a not guilty plea to fight my case and instead forced me into a guilty plea bargain which convicted me of a class 3 felony in 2010 when I was the one attacked by a criminal I was simply defending myself from! I've lost all my freedom because of this weak forger! Avoid this man or he will forge your life away without your approval!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
