Richard A. Grafmiller Law Office is a law firm with an office in Upper Sandusky, OH. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer.
He was/is a prosecutor and his private practice for, something like, 40 years. Talks confident. My issue is this; no matter what you say, he fishes as if I am the criminal and what he states is “not negotiable” in any way. As if he already knows exactly what will be the outcome and does nothing to change that for the better of my case. I believe being a prosecutor and a private attorney makes the court and him too close and the judge is so used to talking behind closed doors about cases, makes Mr Grafmiller a poor private attorney a poor choice because the judge and Mr Grafmiller are being paid by the state. I believe whether knowing or not are working for a plea bargain which is a “cop out” to keep from having to work hard to clear me of my case. Mr grafmler started talking about what he believes the court and prosecutor on my case will accept. I believe there was no honest investigation into the facts as I presented to Mr Grafmiller. I was already guilty, there for my penalty.
