Mr.Fortunato doesn't care about the client at all. I have received a letter from counter-party about his client was not getting enough information that was requested which was not true and I inquired to Mr.Fortunato to become my representative and he accepted. I sent him all the information as well as the letter that I have received. He requested $1000 retainer to start off with. I did sent him via Zelle and he confirmed that money was received. This happened in back in May 2024. I checked with him after I sent him the retainer. He responded he will send out a letter to the counter-party's lawyer. I tried to follow up with him but he did not response to my text or email that I have sent. It is now August 2024, after 3 months passed, I found out that he did not take any action. When I contacted him, he did not even remember me and asked me to tell him from the beginning again. At this point, I was very frustrated and searching for a new lawyer and asked him to return my retainer that he
