I had been in touch with the lawyer (Jessica Charles) who seemed nice, on top of her game and excited about helping. She committed to providing services (advice on a legal document) in a week. That week turned into a month, which turned into months. I followed up with emails (heard nothing back) and phone calls (the office confirmed that she was ok and fully working and would get back to me in 24 hours, which never happened) to no avail. Needless to say, she collected money and did not provide
In late 2016 I paid to have 2 businesses opened through Maryland State with Jessica Charles. Despite my best efforts to keep in communications with her and JC Law Group she has failed to create my business documents correctly often finding spelling errors on finalized documents and also incorrect business names. This error has costed me several months of funding support and still waiting on those documents to open banking accounts for my businesses. Worst Experience Ever! Be Warned!
