I was never an inconvinience and when it came time to mediate, Mr.Hearns stayed on the plan and stayed the day and never compromised my position and my goal . Mr.Hearns understood my situation and represented me as an attorney should. I never felt like he was working on other cases. There are so many attorneys that promise everything and then waiver when the time comes but not Mr.Hearns

I hired Attorney Alphonso Hearns for a divorce and custody matter and was dissatisfied with the level of representation. While he is knowledgeable and professional, the advocacy provided did not match the seriousness of the case. During mediation and other key moments, my concerns were not pushed forcefully, and the process felt one-sided. I often had to speak up for myself, question strategy, and drive issues that I expected my attorney to handle. I did not feel adequately prepared or strongly represented when it mattered most. The case moved forward, but the outcome did not reflect strong or assertive advocacy. If you retain this attorney, be prepared to remain heavily involved and advocate for yourself. My experience did not meet expectations for family law representation.
