want to share my family’s experience with attorney Glenn A. Brown. In my opinion, he has been a very poor business lawyer for us. About 10 years ago, he assisted my mother with what was supposed to be a sale of her property to the Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA). The house was eventually demolished, but my mother never received any payment for the property. Despite this, we were later told she owed $14,000 in legal fees, even though we saw no progress or results in return. We also experienced a lack of transparency and clear communication during the entire process. My mother eventually decided to stop working with him, and after that, the situation became even more stressful. He still holds power of attorney from years ago, and that has caused major problems with handling her sister’s estate. We feel that he has not provided fair or helpful support, and the process has created unnecessary difficulty for our family. Based on our experience, I would not recommend him as a business
