Initial meeting was cordial. He asked for a steep retainer that surprised me. He blew through that in two months and asked for more with nothing to show for it. I am the one who kept calling for updates and status info and felt like I was constantly chasing him. At one point he mentioned he was building a villa in Italy and was traveling back and forth to see to the details. The end result was a disastrous case outcome where the other attorney demolished him in court, and I was left with peanuts. He was totally unprepared in the hearing. I regret ever using Tundis. I cannot recommend him as, to me, he embodies all the negative stereotypes of lawyers. Stay away from him.
